Being in the present

Being in the present is often a challenge when you are a mother.  As a mother of two children, I often find my mind wandering to a million different places.  These past couple days, I have really been trying to keep my mind focused on the present by keeping the Divine in my mind.  I often repeat different things like "Divine Mother" or "the Divine is with me".  I find that it helps me to stay focused on what I am doing, the things I am saying and how I am acting in my daily life.  By reminding myself that the Divine is with me, it guides me to think about my actions and how I am reflecting on others, especially my children. 

Weather you believe in a Divine presence, God or something different, try putting that greatness in your mind through out the day.  I promise it will guide you into a happier and healthier you.
